Obituary of Carmela Tamburrino

Carmela Tamburrino – Monroe Township, NJ Carmela Tamburrino, 100, died on Saturday April 30, 2016 at Cranbury Center in Monroe Township, NJ with her loving family by her side. Carmela was born, raised and resided for most of her life in New York. She has been a resident of Monroe Township, NJ for the past fifteen years. Carmela was employed as a seamstress. She was very family oriented and loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Carmela is preceded in death by her loving husband, Nicholas Tamburrino, Sr. (2001), her daughter-in-law, Janet C. Tamburrino (2012), one brother and two sisters. Carmela is survived by her three sons: Frank Tamburrino and his wife Grace of Queens, NY, Nicholas Tamburrino, Jr., of Monroe Twp., NJ, John Tamburrino and his wife Linda of Lakewood, NJ and her daughter, Nancy Caiano and her husband Angelo of Mahopac, NY. Also surviving are eleven grandchildren, twenty five great grandchildren and many extend family members. Visitation will be from 2-4pm and 7-9pm on Thursday May 5, 2016 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home 205 Rhode Hall Rd. Monroe Twp., NJ 08831, 732-521-0555. Funeral services will begin 9:30am on Friday May 6, 2016 from the funeral home. A funeral liturgy will be 10:15am at Immaculate Conception RC Church followed by Entombment in Holy Cross Burial Park & Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Carmela's name can be made to the charity of one's choice.
