Obituary of Henry A. 'Hank' Jensen

Henry A. 'Hank' Jensen, 83, of Monroe Twp. died on Thursday February 11, 2016 at St. Peter's University Hospital in New Brunswick. Hank was born in Highland Park and lived in Spotswood for many years before moving to Rossmoor in Monroe Twp. in 2003. He proudly served his country in the US Navy during the Korean Conflict. In 1994 he retired from Kimberly Clark in Spotswood after a 32 year career. Henry was a member of USS Bennington CVA 20 Reunion Association, the American Legion Post #253, Spotswood, the Central Jersey Navy League and a parishioner of Immaculate Conception RC Church, Spotswood.
Henry was preceded in death by his son, David Jensen (1983) and his brother, John Jensen.
Henry is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Barbara (Rossmann) Jensen of Monroe Twp., two sons: Thomas Jensen and his wife Lisa of Jackson and Kenneth Jensen and his partner Kathy Jomo of Lakehurst, two sisters: Louise Londino of Monroe Twp. and Marie Hoerner and her husband Charles of Wyalusing, PA, his brother in law, Harry Rossmann and his wife Sheral of North Brunswick and many other extended family members.
Visitation will be 2-4pm and 7-9pm on Monday February 15, 2016 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home – 205 Rhode Hall Rd., Monroe Twp., NJ 08831 – 732-521-0555. A funeral service will be 10am on Tuesday February 16, 2016 at the funeral home followed by interment in Old Tennent Cemetery – Manalapan.
