Viola I. (McCaffrey) Stoble died on Sunday January 31, 2016 at Merwick Care and Rehab Center in Plainsboro. She was 97 year old. Mrs. Stoble was born in Long Branch. She lived in Long Branch and Red Bank for most of her life before moving to Rossmoor, Monroe Twp. in 2002. She has lived in Plainsboro since 2005. She worked for Eisner's Uniform Co. in Red Bank as a sewing machine operator. She also co-owned and operated Stoble's Bar and Grill in Red Bank for 30 years with her late brother-in-law, Tony Stoble.
She was pre-deceased by her husband John M. in 1953 and her son Thomas J. in 2015.
She is survived by her son, Michael J. Stoble and his wife Vicki of Monroe Twp., her daughter-in-law, Adrienne Stoble of Middletown, four grandchildren, Erin, Morgan, John, and Jane Ellen, and many other extended family members.
