Jocelyn (Quines) Holland, 47, of Monroe Twp. died on Wednesday January 27, 2016 at RWJ University Hospital, New Brunswick. Jocelyn was born in the Philippines and came to the United States in 1974. She lived in Irvington, Piscataway and South Brunswick, moving to Monroe Twp. 13 years ago. She received her Associates Degree from Union County College and her RN Degree from Muhlenberg Hospital School of Nursing. She was employed at Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center and then RWJ University Hospital for 28 years. Jocelyn enjoyed shopping, playing the piano, loved to fish and was an avid Jets fan.
Jocelyn is survived by her parents, Amorsolo and Carolina Quines of Piscataway, her loving husband of 20 years, Darren Holland, one son, Tyler Holland and one daughter, Lexi Holland, all of Monroe Twp., four sisters: Charilyn Sloan of Hillsborough, Annabelle Reichert and her husband James of Freehold, Emely Griffiths and her husband Steve of Hillsborough and Mylene Quines-Williams of Piscataway.
Visitation will be 2-4pm and 7-9pm on Monday February 1, 2016 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home – 205 Rhode Hall Rd., Monroe Twp., NJ 08831 – 732-521-0555. Funeral services will begin at 9:45am on Tuesday February 2, 2016 from the funeral home. A funeral liturgy will be 10:30am at St. James the Less RC Church, Jamesburg followed by interment in Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick.
