Gertrude Wiener – Rossmoor – Monroe Township, NJ
Gertrude Wiener, 92, died at her residence on Saturday September 19, 2015. Gertrude was born in the Bronx, NY and resided for most of her life in Queens, NY, before moving to Rossmoor, Monroe Township, NJ.
Gertrude was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother, and will be missed dearly. She was a talented painter with a love of Broadway plays, museums and New York City.
Gertrude is preceded in death by her husband Bernard Wiener (1987), her daughter Barbara Kaminsky (1997) and her son Stephen Wiener (2007).
Gertrude is survived by her daughter-in-law Barbara Wiener of Chesterfield, NJ, a son-in-law, David Kaminsky and his wife Elyse of (Rockville Center, NY), and four grandchildren: Rachel Kaminsky, Samantha Wiener, Stefanie Wiener and Brooke Wiener.
Visitation will be from 9-10am on Monday September 21, 2015 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, Inc. – 205 Rhode Hall Rd. Monroe Twp., NJ 08831 – 732-521-0555 –Funeral services will begin at 10am following the visitation. Interment will follow at the New Montefiore Cemetery – Long Island, NY.
