Obituary of Frances J. Kurczeski

Frances J. (Raccuia) Kurczeski, 68, died on June 27, 2015 at the University Medical Center of Princeton @ Plainsboro. She was born in New York City and resided for most of her life in Old Bridge before moving to Monroe Twp. 17 years ago. She was a graduate of Matawan High School, Class of 1965. She was a homemaker, raising and caring for her 4 sons. Frances was a very talented, self-taught hairdresser. She loved humming birds, going to Atlantic City, taking trips to the shore and spending time with her grandchildren. She was an active parishioner of St. Thomas the Apostle RC Church in Old Bridge.
Frances is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Edward Kurczeski of Monroe Twp., four sons: Edward and his wife Jennene of East Brunswick, Keith and his wife Gina of Monroe Twp., Christopher of Monroe Twp. and Michael and his wife Rachel of Sayreville, six grandchildren: Gabriella, Ava, Gianna, Lia, Matthew and Maya, one sister Valerie Piano and her husband David of Old Bridge and one brother Joseph Raccuia and his wife Karen of Manchester Twp. and many extended family members and friends. She will also be greatly missed by her dog Indy.
Visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9pm on Tuesday June 30, 2015 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, Inc. – 205 Rhode Hall Rd., Monroe Twp., NJ 08831 – 732-521-0555. Funeral services will begin at 9:30am on Wednesday July 1, 2015 from the funeral home. A funeral liturgy will be celebrated at 10:15am at St. Thomas the Apostle RC Church – Old Bridge followed by interment in Holy Cross Burial Park – South Brunswick.
