Guy E. Leonard, 65, died on June 25, 2015 at his residence in Monroe Twp. surrounded by his family. Guy was born in Hackensack and resided in Milltown before moving to Monroe Twp. in 1981. He proudly served his country in the US Army as a member of EOD during the Vietnam War. He was the owner/operator of Northeastern Building Supply in Jamesburg since 1982, a member of National Ski Patrol and a life member of the Jamesburg First Aid Squad. Guy was preceded in death by his father Gerrit Leonard (1964), his mother Genevieve (Atkinson) Leonard (2015), his brother Peter Leonard and his father in law George Outwater (2007). He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years Susan Lynn (Outwater) Leonard, his son Gerrit E. Leonard, both of Monroe Twp., his daughter Danielle S. Leonard, Esq. of Jamesburg, his sister Gerry Brannberg and her husband Terry of Washington State, his half-sister Lillian of Florida and many other extended family members. Visitation will be 3-7pm on Saturday June 27, 2015 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, Inc. – 205 Rhode Hall Rd., Monroe Twp., NJ 08831 – 732-521-0555. Funeral services and cremation are private.
