Dolores E. Carrasso, 76, died on Sunday June 14, 2015 at her home in Monroe Township, NJ. Dolores was one of eleven children. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and resided in Staten Island for many years before moving to Monroe Township 21 years ago. Dolores was a homemaker and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Dolores was preceded in death by her husband, Francis J. Carrasso (2015).
Dolores is survived by her son, Carmine Gizze and his wife Laura of Monroe Township, two daughters: Lisa Cubillas and her husband Robert of Monroe Township, Maria Nagrowski and her husband Richard of Monroe Township, seven grandchildren: Nicholas, Christopher, James, Gabrielle, Justine, Matthew and Jason. Also surviving are extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9pm on Wednesday June 17, 2015 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home – 205 Rhode Hall Rd. – Monroe Township, NJ 08831 – 732-521-0555. Funeral services will begin at 9:30 am on Thursday June 18, 2015 from the funeral home. A funeral liturgy will be 10:15am at Immaculate Conception RC Church - 23 Manalapan Road – Spotswood, NJ. Cremation is private.
