Obituary of Angelina Bignell

Mrs. Angelina (LaMantia) Bignell, 90, passed away on Monday April 27, 2015 at the Parker Home, New Brunswick, NJ. She was a faithful parishioner of St. Matthias Catholic Church in Somerset. Angie was born in Passaic on September 20, 1924. She was the daughter of the late Anthony & Louise (DiNapoli) LaMantia and sister of Benjamin LaMantia of Citrus Hills, CA. She was preceded in death by her husband Henry William Bignell, her sister-in-law Mildred LaMantia and two sons-in-law: Richard Fylstra and Robert Mascenik. Surviving are her daughters: Mary Louise Fylstra of Naples, FL and Kathleen Ann Osman and her husband Mark of Branchburg, her only son Henry Dennis Bignell and his wife Lisa of Somerset and four grandchildren: Courtney Ann Fylstra, Henry Bignell, Jacqueline Mascenik and Michael Bignell. Visitation will be from 2-4 & 7-9pm on Thursday April 30, 2015 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home – 205 Rhode Hall Rd. Monroe Twp., NJ 08831 – 732-521-0555. A funeral service will be at 10:30am on Friday May 1, 2015 at the funeral home followed by interment in Holy Cross Burial Park – South Brunswick.
