Obituary of Scot T. Maniscalco

Scot T. Maniscalco died on Thursday April 16, 2015 at his home in Jamesburg. He was 39 years old. Scot was born in Princeton and has resided in Jamesburg his entire life. He graduated from Monroe Township High School in 1993 and furthered his education at Richard Stockton University in Galloway. In his youth and teenage years, he worked at his father's business, Tom's Tackle Shop in Jamesburg. He had an over 20 year career as a physical therapy technician first working for Princeton Orthopedics and most recently for Marlboro Physical Therapy. He was an Eagle Scout in Troop 54, Jamesburg and loved fishing, especially bass fishing. Scot was a people person and his friendly personality enabled him to gain so many friendships in his life. He is survived by his parents, Thomas E. and Francine A. (Detamore) Maniscalco of Jamesburg, his brother, Kevin Maniscalco of Jamesburg, his best friend, Arthur Pataky, and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends. Visitation will be from 4-8pm on Sunday April 19, 2015 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home 205 Rhode Hall Rd. Monroe Twp., NJ 08831, 732-521-0555. A funeral service will begin at the conclusion of the visiting hours at 8pm at the funeral home. Cremation is private. In lieu of flowers and for those who desire, memorial contributions may be made directly to Scot's family or to the charity of one's choice.
