Helen (Suarez) Venetucci of Monroe Township died on March 7, 2015 at the University Medical Center of Princeton @ Plainsboro. She was 94 years old. Helen was born in Brooklyn, NY and resided in Ridgewood from 1951 until she moved to Monroe Twp. in 2007. She was employed as an accountant for Bon Ton Furrier/Dry Cleaner in Ridgewood for 45 years. She was a volunteer at Valley Hospital in Ridgewood and a gift shop volunteer and member of the dining committee at Monroe Village in Monroe Twp. She enjoyed playing bridge, canasta and Rummikub and was always eager to teach others. She was an avid reader, loved working on puzzles and knitting sweaters for the needy. Helen was a loving mother and grandmother to her family and a great friend to all around her. She was the source of endless energy and a positive attitude that brought joy to all she met. She will be greatly missed. Helen was preceded in death by her husband Vincent in 1999. She is survived by her daughter, Nancy Grosso of Charlotte, NC, her son Robert Venetucci and his wife Lynne of Monroe Twp., one brother, Amador Suarez, six grandchildren: Garrett, Alex, Johnny and his wife Jen, Lauren and her husband Chuck, Cristina and Andy and her brand new great granddaughter Francesca. Visitation will be from 9-11am on Saturday March 14, 2015 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home Inc. – 205 Rhode Hall Rd., Monroe Twp., NJ 08831 – 732-521-0555 – www.demarcofuneralhome.com. A funeral service will be at 11am on Saturday at the funeral home followed by interment in Garden of Memories – 300 Soldier Hill Rd., Washington Twp., NJ 07676.
