Dorothy Mary Zimmerman – The Ponds, Monroe Township, NJ
Dorothy Mary Zimmerman, 82, was born in New Brunswick, NJ and resided in North Brunswick before moving to The Ponds in Monroe Township in 2005.
Dorothy was a graduate of St. Peter's High School and was employed as a secretary at The Squibb Institute for Medical Research. She was an active parishioner of Nativity of Our Lord RC Church and a past communicant of St. Mary's Mount Virgin Church, New Brunswick.
Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents Teresa and John Crenner and her sister Marie McCole.
Dorothy is survived by her husband of 54 years, Donald, two sons: Douglas and his wife Lynne of North Brunswick, William and his wife Karen of Jamesburg, four daughters: Diane Keleher and her husband John of Millstone, Donna Previte and her husband Al of East Windsor, Barbara Kline and her husband Dave of Jackson, Catherine Maltese and her husband Matt of Millstone, twelve grandchildren: Michael, Kevin, Louis, Scott, Brian, Ashley, Sean, David, Andrew, Donaven, Thomas and Isabella.
Visitation will be from 2-4 & 7-9pm on Tuesday January 13, 2015 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, Inc. – 205 Rhode Hall Rd., Monroe Twp., NJ 08831 – 732-521-0555. Funeral services will begin at 8:45am on Wednesday January 14, 2015 from the funeral home. A funeral liturgy will be at 9:30am on Wednesday at Nativity of Our Lord RC Church – Monroe Twp., followed by entombment in St. Peter's Cemetery – New Brunswick.
