Obituary of Carolyn K. Reeg

Carolyn K. Reeg – The Ponds, Monroe Twp., NJ Carolyn K. Reeg, 67, died with her loving family by her side, on Sunday December 14, 2014 at the Elms of Cranbury. Carolyn was born and raised in St. Louis, MO., and resided in Kansas City, Chicago, Pittsburgh, Ridgefield, CT., before settling in Franklin Lakes, NJ. She has resided in The Ponds, Monroe Twp., since 2005. She was a secretary, and worked her way up to executive secretary for some time before raising her family as a homemaker. She was actively involved in her children's lives. She loved birdwatching and had an outrageous sense of humor. Carolyn is preceded in death by her husband David Harry Reeg (1998). Carolyn is survived by two sons: Brian Reeg and his wife Megan of Tinton Falls, Michael Reeg and his wife Kseniya of Iselin, two daughters: Victoria Shyrer of CT., Christina Reeg and her husband Matt Goida of Franklin Park and three grandchildren: Brendan Shyrer, David Reeg and Avery Reeg. Also surviving are extended family members and friends. Funeral Services will be held at 10am on Wednesday December 17, 2014 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home – 205 Rhode Hall Road – Monroe Twp., NJ. Interment will follow at George Washington Memorial Park – Paramus. Visitation will be Tuesday December 16, 2014 from 7-9pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations in Carolyn's name can be made to the American Heart Association – www.heart.org.
