Obituary of Amelia M. Marino

Amelia M. Marino died on Thursday July 17, 2014 at her home in Rossmoor, Monroe Twp. She was 94 years old. Mrs. Marino was born and raised in Brooklyn and lived in Queens for 36 years before moving to Rossmoor in Monroe Twp. in 1987. She was Assistant to the Controller for Worth Publishers for 22 years before her retirement in 1987. Amelia was a former president and member of the Rossmoor Seniors, a founding member of the Friends of the Senior Center, Monroe Twp., a member of the Rossmoor Italian American Club and Irish Club and a parishioner of Queenship of Mary RC Church.
Amelia was preceded in death by her husband Frank Marino.
She is survived by two nieces, two nephews, many great nieces and nephews and many great-great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 2-6pm on Sunday July 20, 2014 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home 205 Rhode Hall Rd. Monroe Twp., NJ 08831, 732-521-0555. Funeral services will begin at 9:45am on Monday July 21, 2014 from the funeral home. A funeral liturgy will be 10:30am at Queenship of Mary RC Church, Plainsboro. Interment will be Tuesday July 22, 2014 at 12pm at Cemetery of the Holy Cross, Brooklyn, NY. The procession will leave at 10:30 am from the funeral home.
