Obituary of Robert DeFeo

Robert DeFeo died on Saturday April 5, 2014 at The Manor @ Freehold. He was 71 years old. Mr. DeFeo was born and raised in Brooklyn. He has resided in The Regency at Monroe Twp. since 2010. He was a union carpenter for Union Local 157 in NYC, NY until his retirement in 2001. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, and golfer. He is survived by his devoted wife, Maryanne (D'Amico) DeFeo of Regency, Monroe Twp., four daughters, Susan Licata of Brooklyn, Rita Doerfler and her husband Bertram of Jersey City, Dina Kane and her husband Thomas of Jackson, and Andrea Kurpinsky and her husband PJ of Walnut Creek, CA, one brother, Carmine DeFeo and his wife Carmella of Monroe Twp., five grandchildren, Samantha, Jordan, Christian, Mia, and Max, and many other extended family members. Funeral services will begin at 9:30am on Tuesday April 8, 2014 from the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home 205 Rhode Hall Rd. Monroe Twp., NJ 08831, 732-521-0555. A funeral liturgy will be 10:00am at St. James the Less RC Church, Jamesburg followed by interment in St. John's Cemetery, Middle Village, Queens, NY.
