Michael A. Alexander died on Sunday October 20, 2013 at his home in Jamesburg. He was 61 years old. Mr. Alexander was born in Chicago, IL. He was raised in Morton, IL and later lived in Hawaii for eleven years, Springfield, VA and Woodbridge, VA for 15 years, Mesa, AZ for 5 years, Baltimore, MD for 3 years, and Las Vegas, NV for 4 years. He has resided in Jamesburg since 2011. He was a driver for UPS and was currently a flight attendant for Southwest Airlines. He enjoyed horseracing and was a huge Washington Redskins and Baltimore Oriole Fan, but most of all he loved spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Bonnie L. (Hammerbacher) Alexander of Jamesburg, two children, Jennifer Edelman and her husband Todd of Monroe Twp., and Bradford Hart of Woodbridge, VA, three siblings, Mary Moore and her husband Ted of Greenwood, AR, Mark Alexander and his wife Robin of San Jose, CA, and Maureen Lane and her husband Tony of Deer Creek, Il, two grandchildren, Elizabeth and Zachary, and many other extended family members.
Visitation is Thursday, October 24, 2013, from 5-7 pm at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, Inc. 205 Rhode Hall Rd. Monroe Twp., NJ 08831, 732-521-0555. A funeral service will be held at 7:00pm at the conclusion of the visiting hours on Thursday at the funeral home. Cremation is private.
