Jeanne K. Lamie, 84, died on April 18, 2013 at the University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro.
Jeanne was born in Jersey City, NJ. She was a long time resident of the Princeton and Pennington area prior to moving to Rossmoor, Monroe Twp., in 2005. Jeanne volunteered her time at SAVE – a friend to homeless animals in the Princeton area and at Princeton Healthcare.
Jeanne is preceded in death by her husband and soul mate, Ralph S. Lamie and son David G. Lamie.
Jeanne is survived by three sisters: Judy (Kingsbury) Speer and her husband Tom, Grace Kingsbury and Joan (Kingsbury) Schluter, a brother, Jack Kingsbury and his wife Melinda, a son, John Lamie, a daughter in law - Carole Lamie Buscaglia, four grandchildren: David Lamie and his wife Lee, Taylor Lamie Potter and her husband Matt, Michael Lamie and Anna Lamie, four great grandchildren: Madison and Jake Lamie, Charlie and Nathan Potter. Also surviving are three nieces and three nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to SAVE and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
