Andrea B. Wellet, 73, died on January 9, 2013 at Raritan Bay Medical Center – Old Bridge, NJ.
Andrea was born on December 8, 1939 and was raised in Newark, NJ. She resided for most of her life in Monroe Twp. She was a graduate of Barringer High School in Newark and received her Bachelor's Degree in Education from Montclair State College. Andrea was a high school business teacher and a librarian; she was most recently employed by the Monmouth County Library in Manalapan, NJ, before her retirement in 2010.
Andrea recently took up a photography and took beautiful pictures of nature. She enjoyed taking a ride to the scenic areas of NJ to enjoy the fresh air and scenery.
Andrea is predeceased by her mother, Rose, and father, Vitus. Andrea is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, William of Monroe Twp., three sons, Gregory of Florida, Andrew of Manalapan, NJ, and William of Hightstown, NJ, and one daughter: Marjorie of Fair Lawn, NJ, and her sister, Angela of Florida. She is also survived by her son-in-law, Mario, and daughter-in-law, Marta, and her four cherished granddaughters, Gianna, Alexandra, Vivienne, and Abigail. Andrea was patient, selfless, kind, and loving, and she will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
