Obituary of Frances Barbara Armo

Frances Barbara (Pergolizzi) Armo died on Tuesday December 18, 2012 at her home in Monroe Twp. surrounded by her family. She was 98 years old. Mrs. Armo was born and raised in Brooklyn and lived there for 64 years. She later lived in South River for five years before moving to Monroe Twp. in 1983. She enjoyed trips to Atlantic City with her daughter Marlene, but most of all she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Frank in 1979, her great granddaughter, Ava Marie McGrath in 2012, three sisters, and four brothers. She is survived by two daughters, Gail Nemeth and her husband John of Monroe Twp., and Marlene Barbarise and her husband Vincent of Monroe Twp., eight grandchildren, Jennifer, David, Kim, John, Renee, Melissa, Lauren, and Brittany, three great grandchildren, Sadie, Simone, and James, and many other extended family members. Visiting hours are 2-4pm and 7-9pm on Thursday December 20, 2012 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home 205 Rhode Hall Rd. Monroe Twp., NJ 08831, 732-521-0555. Funeral services will begin at 8:15am Friday December 21, 2012 from the funeral home. A funeral liturgy will be 9:00am at St. Thomas the Apostle RC Church, Old Bridge followed by Interment in Ocean View Cemetery, Staten Island, NY.
