Obituary of Richarda I. Hernandez

Richarda I. Hernandez – Monroe Twp., NJ Richarda I. Hernandez, 72, died on Monday December 10, 2012 at Overlook Hospital – Summit, NJ. Richarda was born in Bremerhaven, Germany. She resided in Walsdorf, Germany for eighteen years before moving the United States. In the US she resided in Long Island, Texas, Oklahoma and Scotch Plains, NJ before moving to The Ponds – Monroe Twp., NJ. Richarda was a homemaker and loved spending time with her family. She especially enjoyed ceramics and teaching the art of her craft. She also enjoyed needle point, was a great cook and an animal lover. Richarda is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Hannibal Hernandez, one son Richard H. and his wife Mary of East Brunswick, two daughters: Diane Goddard and her husband Kyle of York, PA, Heidi Kiernan and her husband Paul of Middletown, NJ, a sister, Rosie Mueller and her husband Helmut of Hammah, Germany. Also surviving are thirteen grandchildren: Christina, Katie, Samantha, Douglas, Richard, Ryan, Randy, Robert, Ashley, Brittney, Russell, Victoria and Matthew. Funeral services will take place on Thursday December 13th at 11am from the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home – 205 Rhode Hall Rd, entombment will follow Holy Cross Burial Park – S. Brunswick.
