Mrs. Donatilla Niyomukesha died Thursday morning November 22nd at Robert Wood Johnson-University Hospital, New Brunswick. She was 48 years old. Born in Kayove, Gisenyi, Rwanda, she came to the US in 1986. She was recently serving as an aide to challenged individuals at a group home in East Brunswick, under the direction of the Community Options Group, of Princeton, NJ. She was pre-deceased by her parents Leonidas Mbangara and Belancilla Mukangamije, and several brothers and sisters, all victims of the 1994 Rwandan genocide. Surviving are her husband of 27 years, Pierre Ndilikilikesha, two sons, Marcel Rukundo and Robert Ngenzi, both of Monroe Township, an aunt, Gaudiose Mukandoli of Rwanda and several cousins. Private cremation is entrusted to the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home 205 Rhode Hall Rd., Monroe Twp. A memorial service will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, December 1st at the funeral home. Friends and relatives are invited to gather at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. For those who desire, memorial contributions may be made in Dona's name to The Stroke Network, Inc., P.O. Box 492, Abingdon, MD 21009.
