Obituary of Anne T. Tringali

Anne T. (Volpe) Tringali died on Thursday April 5, 2012 at Wynwood @ Forsgate, Monroe Twp. She was 85 years old. Mrs. Tringali was born in Union City, raised her family in West New York and then retired to the Berkeley section of Toms River before moving to Monroe Twp. She was Valedictorian at Union Hill High School and worked as a secretary at Pan Am Airlines as well as a library secretary for the West New York Board of Education, retiring in 1986. She was an avid fan of Frank Sinatra and devoted follower of Notre Dame football and the New York Yankees. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Matthew Tringali of Monroe Twp., two sons, Robert M. Tringali and his wife Renee of Harrington Park, and Glenn R. Tringali and his wife Nancy of Monroe Twp., and four grandchildren, Heather Comstock and her husband Matthew, Michael Tringali, Marissa Tringali, and John Tringali and one great granddaughter, Ella Rose Comstock. Funeral services will begin at 10:00am on Tuesday April 10, 2012 from the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home 205 Rhode Hall Rd. Monroe Twp., NJ 08831, 732-521-0555. A funeral liturgy will be 10:30am at St. James the Less RC Church, Jamesburg, followed by Entombment in Ocean County Memorial Park, Toms River. Visitation is Monday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at the funeral home. For those wishing to make contributions in lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Alzheimer's Association NJ Chapter.
