We are so saddened by your loss. Artie was a friend of my son and I had the pleasure to sit and chat with him one evening while he was waiting for my son. It was so refreshing. His his warm, kind, upbeat personality shined through every word he spoke.
Artie and your family are in our hearts, thoughts, and prayers.

Artie, may you rest in peace. I watched you grown up in FP thru the years. I remember all the awards you won and how you would tell me all about the dinosaurs when you were little. For such a little guy you could pronounce all their names and spell them too! I will miss your big smiles and your coming to visit me but, you will always be in my heart and prayers. Love you much - Aunt Carol

I clearly remember when I was leaving Gaspare's surprise birthday party at the house, Artie came over to me and asked who I was (Alyson Santoro's mom) and then said I was family and gave me a hug.
How profound that i remember that so clearly.
What a beautiful young man Artie is.
Caroleann, I pray for God to give you and your loved ones comfort and peace in your hearts, for 'His will be done.'

I only found out about Artie just now. I honestly haven't thought about him since our 2008 graduation. But today, I find myself shocked and devastated to hear about the news of his passing.
I remember being sick of teenagers by senior year with the exception of some friends back in high school. Although we were never close, Artie was definitely one of those guys that made school days brighter and much bearable. He was such a nice guy. It was easy to tell that he wasn't typically superficial because his generosity and friendliness was just so blatantly sincere. He was easygoing and easy to talk to, not quick to judge, and was open to strangers, something that I thought particularly rare in high school. In addition, he was only in our school for one year, which was enough to leave a great enough impression on me. As a fellow artist, I wholeheartedly believed that he would become successful in his art and even though we didn't keep in touch, I certainly still wished the best for him.
I would like to express my condolences to Artie's close friends and family ... he was definitely raised right: personable, genuine, a modern day gentleman. I pray that he is laid in eternal rest in the protective arms of God, and I will pray for the mourning friends and family. I am so sorry for your loss... he will be and is surely very missed. :(
