Dorothy (McCarthy) Maricich died on Wednesday December 7, 2011 at her daughter's home in Monroe Twp. She was 86 years old. Mrs. Maricich was born and raised in Hoboken. She lived in Weehawken for 35 years before moving to Monroe Twp. in 2011. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her son, John Maricich and his wife Linda of Saddle Brook, NJ, two daughters, Rosemary Meicke and her husband William of Manalapan, and Debra Mancini of Monroe Twp., seven grandchildren, Lisa Dickstein and her husband Neal, Mary Mancini and her fiancée Ben Howroyd, Lauren Reynolds and her husband Patrick, Tina Lucas and her husband Justin, Anthony Mancini, and Kate, and Nicholas Maricich, and two great grandsons, Matthew Dickstein, and Thomas Reynolds. She is also survived her niece, Michelle Inglese and her husband Jak, and many other nieces and nephews. Funeral services will begin at 10:00am on Friday December 9, 2011 from the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, Inc. 205 Rhode Hall Rd. Monroe Twp., NJ 08831, 732-521-0555. A funeral liturgy will be 10:30am at St. James the Less RC Church, Jamesburg followed by Interment in Brigadier General William C. Doyle NJ Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown. Visitation will be 2-4pm and 7-9pm on Thursday at the funeral home.
