Obituary of Greg C Roga

Greg C. Roga, 57, died on April 24, 2019 at his home in Monroe Township, NJ.  Greg was a life-long New Jersey resident growing up in Leonia and Spotswood.  He recently resided in Piscataway and Monroe Township.  He was a graduate of Spotswood High School class of 1979 and of the Bryman Institute.

 

Greg followed his father’s footsteps having had a long tenure at Colgate-Palmolive.  He was an IT professional in the Technology Center for 33 years, retiring in 2016.

 

Greg was a diehard New York Mets fan and loved NASCAR.  He was known for his generosity to his family, friends and co-workers. 

 

Greg is preceded in death by his father, Robert Roga.

 

Greg is survived by his loving family including his mother Louise Roga of Monroe Township, his brother, Stephen and sister-in-law Ethel, his uncle, Jack LaCerra, his aunt and uncle, Maureen and Wayne Brinkerhoff,  his niece Angela and her fiancée Stephen, his nephew, Matthew and wife Anna, grandnephew and grandniece Jack and Gianna. He also leaves behind his beloved parrotlet, “Buster”.

Funeral services will be private and are under the direction of the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home.
