I'm stuck on what to say. I expected Bill to be around much much longer. But God had other plans. My heart goes out to all he left behind. I guess he will always be " Billy Bogs" I guess God will be blessed with his presence.

"Karen, Bill and Adam, We were so shocked and sad to receive Bill's phone call. We will always remember the fun times we spent with you and Billy at your Florida home. We laughed and smiled the entire time. We pray for peace, and know that we care about all of you and are ready to help in anyway we can. Keeping you close in thought."

Karen, Bill, & Adam,
I was heartbroken to hear about Billy today. So many of my childhood memories involve your family and playing games with the ‘boys next door’. You were my second family. I know there are no words, but you are all in my thoughts and prayers. My deepest sympathy, Kathleen (Kay)

Aunt Karen and Uncle Bill, we were shocked and so sad when we heard about Billy. We shared many good memories from times we spent together growing up and through the years. Whether it was a summer picnic or Holiday celebration (including the many "open houses" held around Christmas time), I always enjoyed Billy's company and spending time with the Family. I've been praying and will continue to pray for the family in hope that you will get through this difficult time ok.

Words can't express my shock and sadness. I love you all very much. He was a very special boy right from the beginning. Loving and big hearted with a great sense of humor. He will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends. Fly with the Angels, Billy, give Poppop and Uncle Eddie a kiss from all of us.

Sincere condolences to the family and many friends. Though life is short and we seem to lose our loved ones all to quickly, in the Bible book of Hosea 13:14, there is a promise from our Heavenly Father, where he promises to soon open the graves of our dead loved ones, allowing us once again to see them. This promise is faithful and true. May you allow it to give you the intended comfort and peace, as you go through your grief process and into the future days.

I am so sorry for your loss. It is a huge loss for all of us who knew Billy. I met him during a time when I was contemplating moving back home to the Chicago area. We became close friends and he introduced me to many of his friends and a social life that helped change my thoughts on moving. We had many great memories living on Superfine lane in Wilmington. He also made me into a Devil's fan, which I will continue in his honor to aggravate all of the Delaware Flyer's fans. He was one of the few people that could always make me burst out in laughter and I will miss it greatly. Words are never enough to ease all of the pain and sorrow, but hopefully it comforts you to know how much he was loved by all of his friends. May he rest in peace.
With great sympathy, The Foley Family
