Kathleen Jane Moorfoot, 69, died on Tuesday January 1, 2019 at CentraState Medical Center in Freehold. Kathie was born in Brooklyn and raised in North Brunswick. She lived in Milltown prior to moving to Monroe Twp. 6 years ago. Kathie worked as a legal secretary and court reporter for many years, retiring in 2010 from the State of New Jersey as a superior court secretary. She loved to travel and enjoyed watching the Tour de France. Most of all, Kathie loved spending time with family and friends.
Kathie was predeceased by her parents, James and Jean Moorfoot.
She is survived by her dear friend, Gail Clarke of Monroe Twp., her brother, John Moorfoot and his wife Debra of Dayton, her sister, Susan Brownfield and her husband Harold of Brick and her niece, Kristen Colecchio and her husband Justin of Manasquan.
Services are private and are being held under the direction of the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, Inc. - 205 Rhode Hall Rd., Monroe Twp., NJ 08831 - 732-521-0555.
