Obituary of Donald R. Wesen

Donald R. Wesen, 75, of Monroe Twp., died on Sunday December 9, 2018 at St. Peter’s University Hospital in New Brunswick. Don was born in New York City and raised in Brooklyn before moving to Queens after marriage and finally settling in Middlesex County, NJ in 1973. He proudly served his country, stationed in Germany, in the US Army. Don was employed at AT&T for 37 years until his retirement 1998. He loved golf, cars and taking trips to Atlantic City but most of all he loved his family and cherished the time spent with them. Don is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Wanda (DiRico) Wesen of Monroe Twp., two sons: Don Wesen and his wife Nicole of Milltown and Eric Wesen and his wife Maura of Brick and three grandchildren: Sean, Travis and Maya. Visitation will be 2-4pm & 7-9pm on Wednesday December 12, 2018 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, Inc. - 205 Rhode Hall Rd., Monroe Twp., NJ 08831. Funeral services will begin at 10:15am on Thursday December 13, 2018 from the funeral home. A funeral service will be 11am on Thursday at St. Paul’s Church - 62 S. Main St., Milltown, NJ 08850 followed by a private cremation.
