Anthony Richichi – Monroe Township, NJ

 

Anthony Richichi, 74, died on Friday November 2, 2018 at his residence, with his loving family by his side.  Anthony was born in New York, NY and resided in Staten Island, NY for most of his life before moving to Monroe Township, NJ in 2011.  He was employed by the United States Postal Service for twenty five years, retiring in 2002 and proudly served his county in the United States Navy.  Anthony was an artist and enjoyed sculpting, painting and drawing.  He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his five granddaughters. 

 

Anthony is survived by his loving wife of fifty years, Janet (Scharf) Richichi of Monroe Township, NJ, his son, Martin Richichi and his wife Susan of Middletown, NJ, his daughter, Lori Iannace and her husband Michael of Glen Gardner, NJ, his brother, John Richichi and his wife Fran of Live Oak, FL., his sister, Pat Arcidiacono and her husband Steve of Orlando, FL., and his beloved granddaughters, Lily, Jane, Jilliyn, Hannah and Kayla. 

 

Anthony thought he was an ordinary man, but he was extraordinary.

 

A Memorial Gathering will be from 3-6pm on Tuesday November 6, 2018 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, Inc. 205 Rhode Hall Rd. Monroe Twp., NJ 08831, 732-521-0555. A Memorial Service will begin at 5:30pm.

 

In lieu of flowers and for those who desire, memorial donations in Anthony’s name can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital www.stjude.org
