Obituary of Richard F. Boyle
Richard F. Boyle passed away on Thursday September 13, 2018 at his son’s home in Monroe Twp. He was 74 years old. Mr. Boyle was born and raised in the Bronx, NY and has resided in Monroe Twp. since 1974. He served in the 101st Airborne Division of the US Army and was a New York City Police Officer for 13 years before his retirement in 1983. He later was a school bus driver for the Old Bridge Twp. Board of Education. He was a third degree Knight of Columbus in the Spotswood K of C Council 4907. He was also a member of the New York City PBA. He enjoyed golfing in his spare time.
He was predeceased by two siblings, Joseph Boyle, and Ann Sabo.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia (Kiernan) Boyle of Monroe Twp., three children, Christine Malinowski and her husband Walter of Toms River, James R. Boyle and his wife Kimberly of Monroe Twp., and Patricia Boyle and her husband Christopher Pratt of Toms River, two siblings, Eileen Wall of Two Rivers, WI, and Gerald Boyle and his wife Gayle of Flanders, eight grandchildren, Trevor, Taylor Marie, Rebecca, Hailey, Richard, Meghan, Emily, and Brayden, and many extended family members.
Visitation will be from 2-4pm and 7-9pm on Monday September 17, 2018 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, 205 Rhode Hall Rd. Monroe Twp., NJ 08831. Funeral services will begin at 9:45am on Tuesday September 18, 2018 from the funeral home. A funeral Mass will be 10:15am at Immaculate Conception RC Church, Spotswood followed by a private Cremation.
